This 12-month traineeship supports First Nations participants to build transferable skills in hospitality, customer service, and administration within CommBank workplaces.
Participants will complete a nationally recognised qualification including Responsible Service of Alcohol certification while gaining hands-on experience.
The program offers strong leadership, peer support, mentoring, and culturally safe yarning circles to support participant wellbeing and development.
