Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science
15+ years work experience including 5+ years in operational technology
Experience with ISA-88/95 and Pharma 4.0 standards
Proven track record in automation and execution systems in regulated manufacturing
Experience managing global shop floor and laboratory systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Functional knowledge of cGMPs and FDA-regulated manufacturing
Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures
