  • Own the end-to-end implementation of pre-hire assessments, from stakeholder needs analysis, through job analysis, to implementation and validation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in assessments, supporting business leaders across Boeing with their talent selection needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines, manage resource scheduling, and provide regular progress updates on project status.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field and 7+ years of experience with assessment development OR Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and 4+ years of experience with assessment development
  • 3+ years of experience implementing pre-hire assessments from within large organizations
  • 3+ years of experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences
  • Experience writing technical documentation aligning with EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
