The Manager, Casual Academic Work Allocation (MCAWA) and Operational Compliance plays a key role in supporting faculties and schools to manage casual academic work allocation and workforce compliance in a consistent, fair and compliant way.
This is a hands-on, stakeholder facing role suited to an experienced workforce operations or compliance professional who enjoys problem solving, influencing outcomes, and improving processes within a complex higher education environment.
