You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Spa and will ensure all revenue opportunities are maximised and all costs are controlled whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment for members

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Spa and will ensure all revenue opportunities are maximised and all costs are controlled whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment for members.
  • Recruit, train, appraise, develop and manage all Wellness Spa Staff, whilst actively promoting all aspects of the Spa.

Key Requirements

  • Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy or Fitness
  • Management Qualification Level 2 & 3, 4 or 5
  • at least 2 years management experience
  • experience of leading a team
  • background working within the Spa industry
  • Knowledge of managing pool plant room operations
