Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.

Salary

Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, Paid Time Off, 7 paid Holidays

Must-have

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of PCC software for resident info
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality

  • Strong communication skills with residents
  • Experience with restorative procedures
  • Ability to work in a calm environment
  • Team collaboration with nursing staff
