The National HSE Manager will provide professional support to the projects/engineering side of the business with a good understanding of CDM2015, inspections, and collating comprehensive reports for the leadership team.
The role involves driving improvements and best practice in safety, health, and environmental issues, including delivering bespoke training and looking at behavioural safety to influence a change in culture.
Key responsibilities include carrying out site safety audits, monitoring training completion, providing expertise to business unit teams, and collaborating with the Integral Procurement team to vet sub-contracting partners.
