Job Summary

• Provide expert technical guidance on cell culture media, supplements, sera, and upstream bioprocess workflow solutions to customers across Korea's biopharma, biotech, vaccine, and CDMO ecosystem, as well as broader expert support to customers across APAC.
• Partner closely with the Korea commercial team to support technology evaluations, product trials, and solution recommendations, identifying and articulating customer needs and mapping them to Cytiva portfolio offerings.
• Act as a technical liaison for Korea-based customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights, assisting product management and global application teams with regional technical inputs.
