The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing staff and physicians.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as reporting any errors or reactions.
The role requires maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department and participating in quality assurance programs.
