Support facilities BAU through handling of high-volume administrative tasks for facilities teams and provide general administrative support to program teams.
Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis using tools like Google Sheets, Google Plx and business intelligence platforms (Smartsheet, Looker Studio etc).

Manage and maintain accurate records
Prepare reports and analysis
Data source management and gathering
Support data extraction, transformation, analysis

Process oriented with strong analytical skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in administrative or operational role
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have)
