Job Summary
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives.
Develop and coordinate monthly sales target planning for salesforce, sales campaigns, and communications with performance recommendations to bank partner and internal sales team to keep improving sales performance of Amret channel.
Conducting branch visits to address challenges and fostering collaboration with Amret through continuous support and feedback.
