Job Summary
This role involves building and owning the design function from the ground up for Barclaycard Payments, a fintech entity transforming merchant payments infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating scalable design systems, leading hands-on design work, and recruiting a team to support seven value streams across the merchant lifecycle.
You will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to translate customer insights into high-quality experiences while navigating a regulated banking environment.
