The Administrator is responsible for analyzing the entire operation, monitoring census daily, and ensuring strict adherence to budget projections and revenue goals.
This role requires actively resolving HR issues, managing risk situations, and assisting survey teams to prevent deficiency citations and ensure regulatory compliance.
