Collaborate with production teams to develop insurance placement solutions and conduct monthly meetings to review upcoming renewals and formulate strategies.
Maintain strong working relationships with authorized carriers, acting as a liaison, and stay informed on marketing trends, new coverage developments, and carrier information.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
One (1) year of insurance experience
One (1) year experience with account management
One (1) year experience establishing carrier relationships
One (1) year experience negotiating and placing P&C and employee benefit insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS)
Experience with Reference Connect, Loss Forecaster, CAT Modeling, and ModMaster
