The State of Georgia is seeking a Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) Assessor in Savannah, responsible for performing assessments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Job Summary

  • Performs Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) Assessments for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including scheduling, scoring, and report preparation.
  • Ensures assessments are completed according to AAIDD standards and maintains qualified status in Inter-Rater Reliability Quality Reviews.
  • Communicates assessment results to individuals, families, and teams to inform person-centered planning and gathers data for agency, state, and regional partners.
