  • The role drives operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes for inpatient operations, care coordination, transitional care, and post-acute services, ensuring a seamless, patient -centered experience across care settings.
  • Develop and manage preferred post-acute provider networks; negotiate performance expectations, quality/safety standards, and throughput goals; monitor performance dashboards.
