The Restorative Nursing Aide is responsible for providing residents with routine restorative nursing care to improve or maintain their mobility and independence.
Essential duties include assisting with transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and preventing skin care issues through proper positioning and pressure relieving devices.
The role requires maintaining good standing with the Department of Public Health License and Certification Division while completing accurate charting of all care provided.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with exercise and mobility
Perform transfers and range of motion exercises
Maintain resident personal hygiene and skin care
Complete charting of care activities
Report changes in resident condition to supervisors
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Serve in maintenance capacity for therapists
Experience with PCC preferred
Ability to solve practical problems effectively
Key Requirements
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
