Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information, reporting changes in condition, assisting with daily functions, and maintaining a positive environment.
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
