Job Summary

  • Provide oversight and guidance for Stan/Eval functions in HQ CFC Deltas and aligned units, overseeing implementation of training policy and assessing effectiveness.
  • Conduct formal assessments, convene conferences, and review products for consistency and standardization across HQ and Deltas.
  • Administer the Spacecrew Standardizations program, assess training program health, and evaluate lessons learned for documentation and feedback.
