• The Experience Manager will be responsible for administering various corporate and venue designed programs to support employee engagement, venue staffing and guest service division-wide goals.
• This role partners with venue leadership and departments to create encore moments for employees and guests at every show while managing service standards and employee break spaces.
• The position requires flexibility, strong communication, physical activity, and availability primarily on event dates including evenings and weekends.
