Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.
Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one-year of related work experience
