The Lead Maintenance Technician is a hands‑on, working lead responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment while providing day‑to‑day leadership to maintenance technicians.
This role serves as a player‑coach, performing advanced troubleshooting and repairs while guiding, training, and coordinating the work of the maintenance team.
