Job Summary
Assists the Occupational Therapist in providing patient-centered therapy services, carrying out treatment plans, and documenting resident progress.
Provides direct patient care to improve functional independence and quality of life, and records daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
Participates in rehab meetings, care conferences, and in-services as assigned, and assists with cleaning and maintenance of the therapy treatment area.
