Job Summary
Configure and deploy SAP Joule GenAI capabilities to automate billing queries, revenue recognition analysis, financial close tasks, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting, driving efficiency in revenue and finance operations.
Partner with Finance leadership, Revenue Operations, FP&A, and IT teams to translate business vision into actionable SAP BRIM/RAR/RTR solutions that support scalable revenue growth and financial operations excellence.
Develop change management strategies, create training materials for Finance and Revenue teams, conduct workshops on SAP BRIM/RAR functionality and SAP Joule capabilities, and drive user adoption.
