Job Summary

  • This position is accountable to the Field Operations Senior Manager and is responsible for transforming strategy into the delivery of Santos Foundation program activities in partnership with key stakeholders in Southern Highlands and Gulf Provinces.
  • Key accountabilities include working closely with FOSM to develop and maintain effective partnerships with provincial health authorities and governments, leading program implementation, and collaborating with Santos field-based leads.
  • The role requires extensive experience as a senior manager in a development environment, strong leadership, cross-cultural communication skills, and people management abilities.
