The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality standards
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly

Strong communication skills with nursing team
Ability to work effectively in shifts
Experience with restorative procedures preferred

Key Requirements
