• Manage energy center maintenance department daily operations by diagnosing problems developing repair alternatives and taking action to repair electrical systems electronics and other areas of the facility related to refrigeration system assets.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads monitoring performance and providing feedback teaching supporting and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures.

• 1 year Walmart Energy Center Refrigeration Technician experience
• 1 year industrial warehouse refrigeration systems experience
• 1 year refrigeration/HVAC maintenance supervisory experience
• Obtain RETA CARO and CIRO certifications within 30 months
