Job Summary
Responsible for the design and release of electrical and electronics accessories for both on-road and off-road applications from concept to production.
Collaborate with other Scout functional teams to develop, package, and execute unique Scout electrical and electronics accessories to bring them to market.
Ensure all program targets, including Piece Cost, ED&D Budget, Timing, Weight, and Quality, are met.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a relevant field preferred
7+ years of experience in automotive electrical and electronic parts development
Familiarity with Six Sigma, 8 Disciplines for problem solving, DFMEA, DVP&R, Certification Testing, GD&T, DFM, Variation Analysis, APQP/PPAP Process, Design for Service, and Design for Manufacturing
Skilled in utilizing CATIA for designing and developing detailed parts
Previous assembly plant launch experience
Familiarity with computer-aided engineering (CAE)
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, approximately 25% of the time
