Job Summary
Ensure the site’s activities compliance to all relevant Environment & Sustainability regulations and standards (local, state, and company).
Develop and implement site plans in alignment with Sanofi Environment & Sustainability Planet Care policies (Eco-Design, Climate change, waste circularity, water stewardship, Biodiversity…)
Lead & promote proactive HSE Culture on environmental topics by developing and delivering training programs on Environment & Sustainability for all employees and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related technical field
7+ years of experience in HSE, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Operations or any related field
High knowledge in Environmental sustainability, air permitting, wastewater and waste management
Advanced knowledge in product stewardship, Regulatory management, Matrix management, Problem solving, Project management, striving for results, ability to influence
