  • The Manager of Human Resources leads and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the facility including employment and compliance; recruiting and staffing; employee orientation, onboarding, and training; performance management and improvement; employee retention and engagement; policy development; employee relations; and compensation, payroll and benefits administration.
  • Provides support and guidance to facility management and employees with a focus on consistent employment practices.
  • Leads a team of highly engaged members thru hiring, orienting, performance assessment and management, motivating, training, scheduling, and coaching to meet department goals and ensure effective and efficient department operation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma plus comparable experience
  • Four or more years of HR experience
  • Demonstrable HR knowledge
