This role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
The successful candidate will participate in developing and maintaining the facility's quality assurance program and assist in planning resident discharge services.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
