Key Requirements

  • minimum expected 8 years post bachelor’s degree
  • Experience of working with a globally matrixed organization
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Experience of managing projects
  • Able to build strong working relationships internationally
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience of M&A activity / benefits harmonization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Workday (or comparable HR System) experience
