Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced degree in medicine or life sciences
At least 5 years experience in medical affairs
Strong clinical knowledge in oncology or hematology
Excellent verbal and written German and English skills
Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Nice-to-have
Experience designing omnichannel engagement plans
Project management or budget management experience
Prior experience with investigator-initiated trials
Experience presenting at scientific meetings
Collaborative mindset with diverse stakeholders
Key Requirements
MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced degree
Minimum 5 years experience in medical affairs or clinical research
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
