Job Summary

• The Compliance Officer is responsible for providing Business level oversight and effective challenge to assigned lines of business and Bank charters in the day-to-day management of the compliance program for all lending regulations.
• This role provides an integral connection between assigned Bank Charters as the designated Compliance Officer and the centralized Compliance Program, attending Business project meetings and overseeing change management for lending activities.

Salary

Base: $98,000 –$132,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible to earn an annual bonus; Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(k) with company match, etc.
