This role is responsible for leading the Delivery Excellence function to ensure that programs are set up and executed with discipline, technical integrity, and proactive risk management.
Key responsibilities include defining and embedding delivery frameworks, governance, and execution playbooks, establishing quality gates, and implementing delivery health and performance metrics across programs.
The position requires mentoring and elevating Delivery Executives and Senior Directors, leading executive-level conversations, and strengthening execution discipline across scope, timelines, and stakeholder management.
