Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
Data loads and onboarding support
Change, release, and deployment processes

Key Requirements
Australian Citizen
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
ITIL or ServiceNow certifications (highly regarded)
Experience in large-scale or regulated environments
