Hanoverparkbank is seeking a part-time Psychologist - Branch Manager Psychosocial Support to provide psychological and psychosocial support to Branch Managers in high-risk environments. The role focuses on mitigating risks associated with aggressive customer behavior and aims to enhance the overall wellbeing of staff through individual support and system-level initiatives
Job Summary
Provide proactive, best-practice psychological and psychosocial support to Branch Managers operating in high-risk branch environments.
Play a critical role in protecting wellbeing, intervening early to mitigate harm, and strengthening organisational capability in psychosocial risk management.
Partner closely with Branch Managers, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), CSN leaders and other key stakeholders, operating with a high degree of autonomy.
