Ascensus is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support governance and decision-making processes within the company. This fully remote role involves data analysis, project management, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve internal reporting and culture initiatives

Job Summary

  • This role will be instrumental in setting up processes and data reporting to facilitate business governance and decision making.
  • Assist in the setting up of governance tools and processes under the leadership of the Head of Service, with activities potentially spanning an initiative end-to-end.
  • Lead and coach a team in their delivery of day-to-day operational requirements and process adherence, providing coaching and development support.
