Tigo Media is seeking an IT Service Management Engineer to oversee service performance and ensure the effective functioning of IT services, with a focus on KPIs, SLAs, and OPEX management. Job Summary

  • Manage and ensure the correct functioning of services through timely measurement of different KPIs, SLAs & OLAs and the design of preventive and corrective strategies for services and/or platforms.
  • Manage and administer the OPEX of IT solutions, establish, manage and facilitate communication channels between internal/external clients, Providers and NOCs.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System's effectiveness and participate actively in business continuity operation resumption committees.
