Job Summary

  • The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants.
  • The DSD also provides direct resident/patient care and coordinates infection control surveillance programs.
  • This role requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and possession of a valid RN or LVN/LPN license, with one year of direct patient care experience and one year of education program experience.
