  • The Senior Business Development Executive will provide world-class customer service and drive CHG sales for identified clients and build strong partnerships with CHG’s multiple divisions.
  • Serve as an informal leader and department liaison for both internal and external clients develop and drive strategy, and ultimately deliver financial and service effectiveness results.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales
  • College level education or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to develop and lead effective sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion and customer service skills
  • Successful experience influencing decision makers for contracting of business services or products
  • Ability to build effective relationships influence decision makers and stake holders internally and externally
  • Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity
