The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing coaching and guidance to both your team and site associates while ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.
This position requires a strategic leader who can create a culture of EHSS excellence by driving associate engagement and implementing proactive systems to ensure the health and safety of all associates and visitors.
