Job Summary

  • The Business Intelligence Analyst analyzes and recommends technical solutions for complex projects to meet the needs of Claims and other impacted business areas.
  • Will be responsible for defining and delivering the BI Strategy and ensure the successful delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions and Executive / Operational dashboards.
  • Assists in identifying and acquiring relevant data from external sources (e.g., XACT, DXC, Kwikwork) and guiding integration into internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Access knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field
