Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
Complete accurate documentation on notes and reports

Key Requirements
