Must-have
Cost management liaison with clients
Pre and post-contract cost duties
Estimating and cost planning
Tendering and procurement management
Cost risk analysis and value engineering
Fluent in German and English
Fulltime on-site work in Berlin
Nice-to-have
Collaborative approach with stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with multiple estimating tools
Knowledge of data centre asset types
Ability to develop strong client relationships
Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
Proven track record in cost management for large complex projects
Experience leading cost management commissions
Technical knowledge of data centre or related facilities
Good command of written and spoken German and English
