Key Requirements
Minimum of 40 hours of training mandatory
Completion of all JLL & Dell mandatory trainings
Develop and manage a leadership development program
Create performance objectives linked to learning and development
Provide constructive feedback and regular coaching
Prepare Succession Plan for critical positions
Complete site induction and maintain documentation
