Job Summary

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of 8–12 Client Partners and managers, building a culture of accountability, ambition, and growth.
  • Compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications; The budgeted OTE (on-target earnings) inclusive of base + commission is in the range of $360,000-$450,000.
