The role is responsible for checking prepared medications, overseeing dispensing, and completing clinical patient reviews to ensure safety and accuracy.
As a subject matter expert, the incumbent must educate staff on workflow updates and provide instruction to pharmacy students and residents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid Ohio pharmacist license required
Bachelor's degree from accredited pharmacy college
Clinical oversight of medication services
Supervision of pharmacy technicians and students
Patient counseling and drug interaction screening
Nice-to-have
PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred
3-5 years academic medical center experience
Experience with adult and geriatric populations
Committee participation in hospital departments
Ability to precept residents and students
Key Requirements
Valid and unrestricted registered pharmacist license in Ohio
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Minimum 3-5 years outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
Residency (PGY1/PGY2) preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of medication dosing and disease processes
