The job requires assisting with activities of daily living (ADL), conducting and participating in therapeutic milieu activities, and implementing quality care standards.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
American Heart Association Health Care Provider (BLS)
Complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) requirements within first month
Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred
