Lead Auditor certification ISO 13485/ISO 9001
Minimum 7-10 years supplier quality experience
Global team management in matrixed environment
Knowledge of MDR, MDSAP, and FDA QSR regulations
Process ownership for audit SOPs and procedures
Nice-to-have
Experience with Archer or equivalent audit tools
Leadership of contract auditor networks
Strategic process improvement and automation initiatives
Familiarity with AI-supported audit enhancements
Cross-functional collaboration with procurement and engineering
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Life Sciences
